The well-being of our guests is the core of everything we do. It is important to us that while you’re enjoying your dining experience, your health and safety are always a priority.
Our food will continue to be available during our regularly scheduled hours, however the dining room will be closed. Please text, call, or order online, and we will provide details for payment and curbside pick up.
We are closely monitoring all information from the CDC and the World Health Organization and following guidance and advice regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus). We take great pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment for all our guests.
Our space is continuously cleaned using CDC-recommended products and guidelines. Uncle DT is trained and certified in ServSafe best practices. Some of these guidelines include:
- Stringent glove use by all team members within the restaurants.
- Frequent hand washing and mandatory hand washing between every job task and duty.
- A consistent and strict sanitation and sterilization of the entire premises including the kitchen, with a special focus on high traffic areas, from a third-party sanitation company.
For all our guests with events and social gatherings planned at any of our locations, we are always committed to making their events exceed expectations and will work together to accommodate any necessary changes that may arise.
During this time, we also want to remind you that you can always pre-order by calling and texting. We will have your order ready for you to pick up, where we can even provide you with curbside service. If you prefer to spend time at home, we’ll bring your order straight to your doorstep with delivery from Door Dash or GrubHub.
Our commitment is always to provide fresh authentic cuisine, impeccable service, a warm, inviting atmosphere and overall safety for our guests.
